“The Fort” as it’s fondly known, is home to the Williams College Graduate Art Historian Students, and will include 14 bedrooms as well as a living room, dining room, kitchen, study as well as ancillary spaces, including, but not limited to, mechanical, storage, laundry and recycling facilities.
The building will be certified LEED Gold as well as LBC Petals Certified (Equity and Access, Health and Happiness, and Materials).
